By purchasing one of our Cenozoic Reptilia animal/s you are agreeing to ALL the terms and conditions listed below:

Fundamental Policy:

• All sales are final. In case of cancellation only credits will be provided.

• If you are under 18, we need a parent to reach out to us with a proof of consent.

​

• We hold the rights to refuse the sale of any animal, for any reason, at any time during the purchase. If we refuse any sale based on our own judgment, we will provide the buyer with a full refund. We hold the rights to request pictures of proper husbandry and necessary dietary supplementation before shipping any animal.

​

Shipping:

​

• Currently we are only shipping to the contiguous U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii exempt) for a $65 shipping fee not included on the pricing unless otherwise mentioned.

​

• We provide priority overnight shipping via Reptiles2You. We ship Tuesday to Wednesday arrival. (We highly recommend Hub-to-Hub shipping for guaranteed live arrival- See our Guaranteed Live Arrival Policy)

​

• We reserve the rights to hold any animal contingent on overall proper conditions including but not limited to;  harsh weather and animal’s overall health and weight. We will keep you notified of any changes and will also reach out to you with a proof of shipment and tracking number.

​

•  We will not ship any animal with temperatures lower than 60° Fahrenheit.

​

Guaranteed Live Arrival Policy:

​

• We provide full store credit in cases of DOA contingent on proof within 1hour of arrival. (This does not include hub-to-hub shipping).

​

• 7-day live guarantee contingent on proof of proper husbandry, care and proper dietary supplementation. In cases of death within 7 days please reach out to us. 

​

• Please note dropped tails are highly unlikely but possible within transit; therefore voided from our policy.

​

​   Hub-to-Hub:

​

​

• For hub-to-hub shipments we guarantee live arrivals contingent on the animal being picked up within that day. (Proof of arrival will be required).

​

• Our Guarantee Live Arrival Policy will be voided if animal is left overnight on any hub-to-hub facility.

​

• When selecting Hub-To-Hub please provide us with the address of your nearest hub-to-hub location.

​

Gender Guarantee:

​

• We only guarantee animal sex if its listed as “Female” or Male”.

​

• Temperature sexed animal (TSF/TSM) is sold as is and cannot be guaranteed.

​

Holds:

​

• We can place a gecko on hold for 30 days with a non-refundable and transferable deposit of 50% of total price including shipping.

​

• Deposit is only transferrable to another animal of lesser or equal value.

​

Customer Support:

​

• Please do not refrain to contact us for any questions you may have on any of our animals or in general.

​

• For customer support we are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays.

​

• Fridays from sundown until Saturdays at sundown we will not be available due to celebrating Shabbat. We will reach out to you ASAP once we do become available.
